I have 2 daughters (Canadian born) year8 and 5 currently residing with me in the UK on dependant visa.
Can I apply their naturalization or do I have to apply for their visa extension?

When they were born I was in the UK on a work visa, but now I am British citizen.

I have applied for my wife and 2 kids from Canada on 13th Aug and today received an e-mail from HO asking for IHS payment. I have made the payment for my daughters, just wondering do they take payment when they are going to issue the visa? and if so how long they take after sending IHS payment e-mail?

You need to fill out the application form online, pay the fee and IHS and will send the supporting docs to Sheffield.
