Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Got an email from UKVCAS to get an appointment just 12 hours after doing it.
This means that UKVI has confirmed to UKVCAS that you are not eligible for the new biometric reuse option so you must book an appointment to complete your visa application.

Can few people who got biometrics appointment recently confirm

* the date of submission online and
* the date of biometrics they got?

It would help us set some expectations at least. Thank you πŸ™

PBS Dependant Visa Extension, Maintinance fund

I need to extend my wife's Tier 2 dependant visa.
Can I submit my bank statement to certify her maintenance?

The text in the guidance sound like she need to have these funds on her own account.

3y Old FPN declaration on Tier 2 -> ILR application

I'm on Tier 2 since April 2015 and will be eligible to apply for to ILR in March 2020. I've received a Fixed Penalty Notice of Β£50 for littering (cigarette filter) in February 2017. I've switched job twice since than and declared this on both of the Tier 2 application. My question is do I have to de...

Tier 2 visa and Help to buy ISA account

Hello, I am on Tier 2 and 1.5 years away before I can apply for ILR. I have a Help to buy ISA account that pays interest. I do not plan to apply for a mortgage (under this scheme) before getting ILR. as I understand I am not eligible for this while being on Tier 2. My question is, will just having a...
