Re: Anyone sponsoring their spouse visa as a carer?

It seems you got grilled for marrying a spouse who had no immigration status in the UK. What do you mean I got grilled? We are married because we love each other. Is that not enough? Thank you for your judgment if you misunderstood the situation, my spouse is a British citizen so is our child. And ...

Re: Anyone sponsoring their spouse visa as a carer?

The amount of £550 was enough when we applied earlier. At the time home office's objection was '' We did not provide affidavit'' By the the time our appeal got to court it turned out this £550 was no enough either and home office had to come up with new excuse which they never bother to mention in r...

Re: Anyone sponsoring their spouse visa as a carer?

Thank you for your time and response. Home office refused because we failed to provide an affidavit on third party support. Re: Anyone sponsoring their spouse visa as a carer?

Because my visa is refused on third party support. Home office said third party support is not enough. My spouse can not work because of receiving carer allowance. So there's no other way to earn extra money. If we do, we will get off carer allowance and will have to to show 18600. So our only optio...

Re: Mistake Made on Spouse Visa Application : (

It's better to send than not send at all. It would not hurt it's just about few extra quids. What if it works? At least keep this options open than to expect a refusal.

Re: Travelling with an Expired TB Certificate

You could travel with expired one. When you arrive at the immigration desk. May be they won't even ask you to produce the certificate. If they even do, you could provide them the expire one so its up to them to conduct a test at the airport. Travel with confidence they are not gonna kick you out JUS...

Re: Applying for spouse visa in pakistan holiday concern help urgently needed

You could do is, when you apply for visa; what you would normally do is add a personal statement with your visa file. So when you are making this personal statement you could mention this that you go to Pakistan and some times China on business trips and this is part of your job. If you went to Chin...

Re: Mistake Made on Spouse Visa Application : (

You could send them updated statements as soon as possible. Send them with signed and same day postage. And don't forget to keep the receipt of this postage. So JUST just in case of refusal you could argue that you have provided them with an updates and they as they mostly do an irresponsible and ho...

Re: I have recently became a British citizen but can my mum come back

There is a difference in ''removal'' and ''deportation''. For example ''deportation'' would happen if one has criminal charges. But if you only over stayed that would come under ''removal'' category. If you are forcefully removed from the UK. You can not come back in the country before 3 years. But ...
