Re: Sponsorting my spouse

Are you saying that if you are ''full time'' student, you have to be ''full time'' employee at the same time? And happen to land on a job that would precisely pay you £18,600? You said it's not as burdensome as many are already doing two jobs? So please tell me, if someone is doing two jobs to make ...

Sample letter from the landlord

Could anyone provide me with sample letter of the landlord for Home Office, regarding rented property when applying spouse visa?
I have no clue where and how to start.

Thanks in advance.

Limit on applying spouse visa.

Did UKIV put any limit on how many times a person can apply spouse visa, if it gets refused?
For example if someone gets refused twice in 1 year, would he/she be able to apply a new visa in couple of months time? Or have to wait for a year or years?

Re: Property Inspection

Yes, we have all the documents ready to attach with visa file. The house is owned by her parents, there is no mortgage on the house, measurements of each room is also mentioned in house papers and house deed.

Contact UKVI and ask them to forward message to the IHS department. It should usually be refunded within 6 weeks.

Was your spouse's visa refused too? would you not like to apply again? Our case is still in court we are taking it to upper tribunal. But after that we are thinking of making fresh application. It is wise to ask them to return the surcharges yet? Or should we wait. would you have an opinion? I am gu...

Re: Anyone sponsoring their spouse visa as a carer?

It was probably typo there. My spouse and child are British born. Home office actually was saying my spouse knew Im not British so we inflected this pain upon ourself and then had a child too, that's the exact word lawyer said in the court and judge just sat there listening.

How can I ask my health Surcharges back from home office

It's been almost over 8 months. Home office has not returned my health SurCharges after these refused my UK spouse visa. We appealed the decision, our appealed got refused 3 months ago but still home office failed to refund SurCharges, Who should I talk to or email to resolve this issue?
