My Indian salary is paid in Rupees in India bank account and UK salary in Pounds paid in UK bank account.

I am planning to apply for HSMP soon.
I work for an Indian company which pays me salary in Indian rupees(basic) and salary in UK.
How is the salary calculated for HSMP consideration.

I am an IT professional with 7 years experience in Networking looking for a permanent job in UK.
I am currently working in London for the past 6 months and looking for a company to sponsor work permit.
