I think that there isn't an "application form", they only mean a cover letter and copies of all your passports with all the stamps.

No that's it, the guy was right, make sure you have 1825 days covered by stamps and work permits/working visa. It will get to a point that they will process the naturalization applications quicker than the LTR applications. I think this is the whole point, to discourage people to settle in Ireland. ...

Thank you very much for the update. So, very slowly, the LTRs are still processed. Last time I've heard they were still processing the applications from July 2006. Why did you provide a police criminal record for your Irish citizenship application, because I don't remember any such requirement when I applied in August 2005?
