Topic: Stamp 5 - LTR Without Condition As To Time Endorsements

As I posted above it looks that they want more than the original passport:

-application form (it looks that you have to ring or write them a letter to get it)
-actual and old passports in original
-a job letter
-P60
-mortgage letters

Hi Guys, I've got the same answer, after I've asked for an update last week (I've applied in August 2005). Basically it looks that we will have to wait at least 4 months more, after the initial 3 years. The bad thing is that we don't even know if our applications are with the minister yet. Regards, ...

after roughly 1 1/2 years you should go to an immigration solicitor and see if you could bring a mandamus case against the state for unreasonabel and conscienceable delay. see case of km v mjelr 2007 edwards j who held that in cases dealing with minister's discretion (in that case leave to remain a...

Hello,

Only after 5 years you can apply for both LTR or/and Naturalization.
After this the waiting game takes 20 moths for LTR and over 36 months for Naturalization.
This is for now, God knows how long it will take in the future.

The declaration should be your cover letter, where you can declare that you don't have a criminal record in any countries you've been resident.
No need for any solicitor to be involved or Irish criminal record info.

Did they ask you anything else?

Normally it is the PCC and a declaration that you don't have criminal record in Ireland and any other country you've resided.

@ca.funke

I admire you, I hope you'll succeed as Archigabe did!

I am waiting for my wife's LTR and if she is refused I will have to apply for EUFAM4 stamp for her, now that the EC ruled against Ireland.

All the best,
