I took payroll documents (minute account) which gives my sum of revenues,sum of salary cuts in detail(such as, income tax,stamp tax,unemployment premium .etc.) and net salary. I hope this would be enough.

no it does not matter.
continues means a date interval of maximum 12 months.
there can be weeks in this interval that you did not work and earn. it is OK.

however does it matter that I had this ~6 week break in between countries and jobs?
