Re: ILR (Spouse) - 5 year route question

Hi everyone, Please could you let me know if I need to provide a cover letter with my SET (M) application? We are applying online obviously, and won't be attending in person. Biometrics are on Friday. I have a very basic cover letter but do we basically need to plead our case for ILR?! Or just state...

Re: When to apply for SET (M)

Ok great - thank you. So I am eligible to apply now, and have until visa expiry to submit it - is that correct?

With that in mind, I am trying to work out whether to wait until more fast-track services open up as I don't really fancy the 6 month turnaround if I can help it.

Re: ILR (Spouse) - 5 year route question

Also - I am hoping to submit this week. The last payslip and bank statement that I have correlates to my last payday which was 28th January 2021. My Feb payslip is issued on the 28th and my bank is so annoying with my statements that I'd rather submit now prior to my feb pay and payslip, so I don't ...

Re: SET (M) Question 7.11

Steps to follow after completing the form online: Step 1: Pay and submit application via UKVI. Tip: Date of application is the date you pay and submit online, biometrics date is irrelevant. Step 2: After payment, you will reach “further actions page.” If you click on “book an appointment,” system w...

However my hus...

Re: SET (M) Question 7.11

Hey Cullinan, I just wondered if you would be able to help me to understand the process for this application - as last time we applied at a fast track appointment so all the biometrics etc were done at the same time. Re: FLR (M) Checklist

No problem - I know how much this forum helped me! I didn't write anything else in section B as I felt everything was covered off in the form, I think that section is just for like extreme circumstances where there may be more information to be stated that is not obvious from the rest of the form. I...
