My first job pays me 40k and second is Â...

Hi, I have been in UK for the past 3.5 yrs. Last month when I received my HSMP I had applied with my full Indian driving licence. It was a photo-card licence, torn out, my cool face was black. However, this worked for me as they accepted my 2-wheeler Indian driving licence even though its condition ...

Call up the HO guys at the same HSMP number and ask for a reference number against the FLR(HSMP) application. You will get the ref number only when the payment has been processed. Once you get this reference number (should start with LT) you can then use it for tracking your application. Or else wai...

Check you bank details and see if the payment has been processed. If yes, then call them and ask for a reference number, the ref. number begins with LT. The contact number is same as the HSMP enquiry number. Or else by post a letter should come to you with the reference number with 7 working days. I...

I would sincerely and whole-heartedly thank each one of you for the success of my entire HSMP application approval process. I am an in-country applicant. Residence permit is next form of work permit. Whenever you apply for a work permit extension the new visa is called residence permit but it has same limitations like UK work permit.
Limitations like: No recourse to public funds, and change of work must be authorised.

This option is not available for HSMP applicants. I talked to the guys in Ho and they informed me that the only option available is applying via post. Once they receive our form and process the payment, we can call them and ask them for a payment reference number. This number can be used to apply fo...

If you look at the checklist, it does not ask you to submit original HSMP approval letter. I confirmed this with the HO, they told that they already hold our details. They instructed me to only provide the reference number in the FLR form. However, if you want to send them the letter, its better to ...

Bank statement in UK clearly means the statement that you get each month via post. You can always order duplicate bank statements for a small charge. I ordered last 14 months bank statement from HSBC for £10. I had a similar case, in May 2007 I was paid salary via cheque due to bank's goofup. The c...

I don't see a problem till the time you explain the deviation and support it with the right documents. My case was too weird compared to yours. My P60 had £5000 deviation, that is, my P60 had £5000 less than my final salary slip of March 2007. I explained everything in the covering letter of past ...

To be on the safer side why no submit payslips from April 06 till June 06 if you are applying in July 07. I submitted 14 months payslips to avoid this confusion.
Going by guidance rules it should be any 12 consecutive months between April 06 and June 07, provided you apply in July 07.

I have written a covering letter stating the changes. If I get a confirmation from you guys I will go ahead.

Thanks once again 8)
