Hi I had 15 days (11 working days) unpaid leave in Mar'16 and 17 days (13 working days) in Jun'16. Total 32 days (24 working days). I heard that the Tier 2 employee can take up to 28 days (20 working days) which introduced from Aprl'16. I had one before aprl'16 and after. How does this affect my IL...

Unpaid leave in Tier 2 General

@JP145 what happened with your ILR? I had 32(15+17)days unpaid holidays (23 working days) in 2016. Can you please post your experience.
