You ...

It’s handy for covering long periods of residency. UKVCAS send these together with your biometrics to suppliment your home Office A...

Biometrics

I have been instructed by UKVI to biometrics and they provided me details of how to register and book an appointment with UKVCAS. Now that’s where the problem is. I registered with them and spent the whole afternoon checking for slots. No space for for two weeks plus apart from the premium service s...

Re: Permanent Residency Application refused.

Just read the letter again they are saying I applied as an extended family member when in fact I applied as a family member. Section 8(5) applies to applications under Extended family applications not family member ie durable partners. This looks like an administrative error and I will be seeking le...

Re: Permanent Residency Application refused.

Hi Obi I have leaved with the sponsor for 5 years and I have been a main carer for our two children so them using regulation 8(5) is very odd indeed.

Re: Permanent Residency Application refused.

There is a procedure called “reconsideration” - if they made a factual mistake; you send all documents back, but do not pay, point at their mistake and say you want them to reconsider Page 42 of this: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/72...

Re: help Regarding PR form

I would suggest you read the guidance notes and the supporting documention section. This tells you what’s high value, Midium value and low value. Sadly pictures are under no relevant. P60s for the sponsor are a must for the whole 5 years. If you are sending copy bank statements make sure you get eve...

I decided to use my bank details instead and mentioned in the cover letter the refund due to me for £45 for...
