Update . Phoned this morning for an update. Applied December 2006. Asked for additional documents in Oct 2008 and was told today that everything with my application was in order and was sent to the ministers office on the 13th January, and that I would be hearing from them soon.

I applied end of December 2006. They requested additional documents in October.
