I have been in England over ten years, since 2005 and came under my mother's work permit. They first refused because I did not declare a verbal police caution i had, as I did not consider this a criminal record. Upper tribunal

Hello helpers
I applied for ILR which was denied at first but I finally won the hearing... after that, the Home office appealled to Upper tribunal and I won that case too... so I was wondering, can the Home Office apply for a second appeal and what happens now? Thanks

What next

The home office appealed against the judge decision and appealed to upper tribunal. We went to upper tribunal and I won the case again... just wondering what I should expect next... any help?

What if you win both the first tier and the upper tribunal.. can the home office still appeal?
