Your application will be deemed invalid because you are British passport holder or you have not provided biometrics etc.
"... or other mandatory information"
I know a number of non-EEA whose applications were invalid for no obvious reason.

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

Only six applications out 2.7 million have been refused. According to PA news agency all of them are serving prison sentences or have been deported and now seeking to enter UK. According to statistics 0.7%, of applications, which is more than 17K, have been rejected as not valid. You can guess how ...

Re: Pre EU settlement Divorce

@mahmutzoru
For you to retain right to reside your wife must be a resident in UK when you apply for divorce. Unfortunately you are not eligible since she has left already.

Re: Ec joining a settled child

If you try to prove ongoing support from your ex, HO will (most likely) ask you to re-apply as a partner, even without any prospect for success. Read the FN caseworkers guidance and google for relevant cases for more details.

Non EEA moved to UK after breakup and long absence

Asking for a friend. He is a non-EEA married to EEA wife. They have 3 children (EEA) of school age. The family came to the UK in 2010, children went to school/pre-school. In 2014 they all moved to France and lived there for 2 years. While living in France, my friend and his wife separated. Their bre...

Re: EU family member- issues at airport

I remember that Easyjet and Ryanair write clearly that you must stamp your boarding pass at the check-in desk if you are a non-EEA national, even if you are travelling only within Schengen area.
Probably same policy for all other airlines too.

Unfortunately your status will be curtailed.
The latest version of Curtailment guidance (version 17.0) describes cases like yours on page 24.
It was released less than 10 days ago, that's why resolution center was not aware of it.

@Stace18 Have you linked your son's application to his father's status or was your son able to apply in his own right?

Re: EU settlement - Non EU family member - CoA and decision time

@ NeNe26 I am not so optimistic, as this statistics says that 0.5% of concluded applications got ‘other outcome’ – ‘any outcome that did not result in a grant of leave because the application was withdrawn by the applicant, was invalid as it did not include the required proof of identity and nationa...

Retained ROR, expired residence card in the middle of divorce

Hello, I need some advice. I'm a non-EEA getting divorced from my EEA spouse. I received my residence permit nearly 5 years ago. A year later, we left the UK for over two years, and returned in 2017. We started divorce recently. The problem is that upon our return to UK in 2017 and until after start...
