I have applied for EC together with my wife in Germany. Submitted the application on 17th and got the passports back on 25th. I requested in cover letter to issue the post dated 3 months in advance but they issued with immediate start date as effective date.

Shaik, That should not cause any problem, if you explain the same in your cover letter send marks sheet, degree certificate with english language letter. I am not an expert, but this what I would do.
