Got EC

Hi,

I have applied for EC together with my wife in Germany. Submitted the application on 17th and got the passports back on 25th. I requested in cover letter to issue the post dated 3 months in advance but they issued with immediate start date as effective date.

Tier1 seems to be exactly same as HSMP

As per this report, Tier1 points table is equivalent to existing HSMP

Shaik, That should not cause any problem, if you explain the same in your cover letter send marks sheet, degree certificate with english language letter. I am not an expert, but this what I would do. Decision made

Thanks nsm for the response.

Today I got an email saying that a decision is made on my case and asking me to arrange for courier. I dont know what is the decision.

I have arranged MBE to pickup the documents and courier them to me.
