ILR Renewal

Hi Guys,

My wife's ILR is expiring 31 Dec 2024. Do we need to renew it using the Biometric replacement service?

I know a new online system is going to live from January 2025, but I am not sure if we still need to do something online before the expiry date?

Kindly advice

What that 48 hours meant? The gap between the two flight times? The visa requires biometrics to be given...

OCI renewal

Hi guys

I am renewing my son's(5 year old) British passport. He has already got this OCI card when he was a baby. Do I need to renew his OCi as well? Or just update the OCI system with new photo?

Please advise

Thanks

Application timeline due to COVID

Hey Guys,

Thinking of making a ILR premium application. Do you think there will be a delay in deciding due to current COVID19? Is this a best time to apply?

Anyone made an application in the last week or so?

Kind Regards

Re: Travelling to India being naturalised

It starts from date of certificate of naturalisation. You also have to return your ILR brp card to HO within 5 days of your ceremony so you won't have that to be able to board a flight or enter the UK on rerun. Ok.. thanks CR001, So only option is to have both the passports in hand I suppose. And s...
