Hi guys, I have a few questions just prior to my application, I'd appreciate all your help. 1. My employer has submitted a change to my salary and position along with a new work address a few months ago on the SMS, but it’s still not been processed in the system, the status just say ‘In progress’. Re: Tier-2 to ILR application SET (O)

Hello, I'm in a similar situation. When are you applying for your ILR? Has it been raised to 35800 now? How long have you been on this pay? Please keep us updated with your situation. Thanks Surprisingly (not really) that your increases takes you to exactly the ILR requirement!! That is my fear as w...

Absence letter

Hello all,

Does the Absence letter from the employer need to state where you have been on your holidays or just the dates you have taken with paid holiday?

Many thanks

Re: Bank statements

Hi guys, I have another question here regarding the bank statement. I'm going to order it from the bank soon, although by the time I'm making my application online, my salary transaction date will be over a month and the next one will not be on there yet. In Set O there's a question about National identity card. Does anybody have a 'National identity card/number?'

I do have this in China, but I don't have it with me, do I need to provide this document if I select yes?

Thanks
It is not required. Simply tick no.

Re: Bank statements

Thank you! Sorry, it's Tier 2 to ILR, SET(O) form. I presume only the one that's got my salary payment is required? What if I close those bank accounts other than my main one before applying? Would that be ok not to submit the bank statements of those accounts? thank you! Quite a vague question unle...
