Re: ILR SET (M) Application withdrawal and refund

Hi Naran82,
Congratulations!

I will be applying on Super Priority SET (M) but so far I am on declaration page and intend to apply on Monday. Query is where does this Super Priority option pop up? Is it during payment page? And Biometric free?

Thanks,
Sam

ILR fees for Child

Hi members,
We will be making an application for ILR for dependent Spouse and child (SET M). I am aware of the application fees for spouse. What is the application fees for under 18? My child is 6 years old.

Thank you.

Re: Entry to UK on Spouse Visa when visa expiry is less than 2 weeks

Thanks Zimba,

I have used the lawyer in previous occasions and did the job.

Moving forward and onwards, what you are saying even though there is a gap due to visa expiry and MN1 not being a main stream visa, it is ok to proceed with my daughter's ILR at the same time as my Wife?

Re: Entry to UK on Spouse Visa when visa expiry is less than 2 weeks

Hi, Applied on the basis that I was a British Citizen already after consulting a lawyer, who made the application on our behalf. My Daughter just turned 4 when MN1 application was submitted.

Please note, I had become a citizen in 2020.

Re: Entry to UK on Spouse Visa when visa expiry is less than 2 weeks

Thanks members, My daughter will be eligible at the same time I suppose. However, my daughter's MN1 application (home office discretion) for naturalisation was refused after pending decision for more than 1 year (application made in August 2021, refused August end 2022 due to covid backlog). My Daug...

Re: Entry to UK on Spouse Visa when visa expiry is less than 2 weeks

Thank you!

Her visa expires 30th May 2024. Can she apply for ILR on the 15th April 24. She would have completed continuous 5 years by then.

Or does it need to be 28 days before current visa expires?

Thanks.

Reading the timeline there isnt many delays in FLR M extension recently.

Any members here would like to share stories of delays or rejection?

Thanks,

Re: Settlement wife and settlement child IHS

No. Indian born child is not eligible for a British passport nor Indefinite Leave ( D-ECC.1.1.) . Thank you for the reply Vinny. Would anyone help me out with the documents needed to submit for settlement wife and settlement child? Do we need to show savings as well as income? Thanks in advance.

Re: Settlement wife and settlement child IHS

It is option 1. There is bug in IHS system which shows a lot of children as exempt - home office will contact you later on to pay for it. Was your child born after your ILR because they may be able to get British Passport if its thats the case and be exempt from needing a visa. Hi Thank you so much...
