My husband is EU citizens and I'm non Eu citizen in uk with residenc card .
my Husband had applied visa for my dependent sister and they refused they said EU citizen can't apply for non eu citizens family mamber since feb 2017 .I got refusal latter yesterday . :cry:

Mourning, I nead a bit of device if any one can help me plz .I applied standard visit visa for my mom in 2015 it's been refused .they point out just one thing ,we r not satisfied she will go to her country . Yes, the EEA national will be the sponsor of the parent of the non-EEA spouse, it is possible but the applicant need to show that he/she is dependant to the EEA national (showing the remittances of money, etc) and that in their country there is no other relative who can take care of the applicant.
