I am thinking I'll get my wife's ILR done on same day route, and if children can be eligible for naturalisation(both parents settled, and one parent is citizen), this...

If your visa status changes, and her's expires(while she is in India), then it would be treated as a new application for you, and the current rules(at the time of application) apply.

Hi, From what I've seen. Residency in the UK for 2 years, as a dependent of the class of visa that you have(since you are the main applicant), is required for your wife to qualify for ILR. That is how the immigration rules are interpreted by the Home Office. So in my opinion, she needs to complete 2...

No. I myself applied from a shared accommodation, and the only residence details I gave were :
- letter from friend who is the landlord
- Royal mail redirection letter(from old to new/current address)
- Cardguard letter addressed to new address

Consulting a few friends, came out with this information. 1. Since wife was away from UK for a period of 1 year, 4 months, this would break the cohabitation condition that is essential for ILR. So, she would need to come to the UK, on settled-dependant visa(i.e., limited leave to enter/remain). 2. T...

Hi, From what I know(other seniors in the forum please correct me, if I'm wrong), you'll need to take 2 appointments(since the application types are different, and since she's not applying as your dependant.) For this, your wife will need a login account created in the ukba's PEO online appointment ...

Taking this into consideration, and since you've let go of the 74 days from the leave you were permitted(by arriving in the UK on 10 June 2007), you still can technica...
