Was there any gap between the date the student visa expired and the marriage to the EEA Citizen ? The marriage was held overseas while the visa was still valid and Non-EU citizen returned to the country on the same visa If there was a gap there, then you can only apply on or after the tenth anniver...

I understand that but is that still a problem even when the Judge overruled it? Furthermore why do I have to wait until 2025? Why not 2023? Also what options do I have now? It's not unusual, they stop a lot of British Nationals mostly male but female passangers are delayed as well. i was stopped and made to sit for 10 min or so until the immigration officer went and did some checks before letting me go back, 10 minutes or so is surprisingly short, compared to the length of time in the queues.
