If dependent of EU citizens claiming pension credit............should of be a problem when applying for settled status ?

I am under assumption that dependents of EU citizens have same rights as nationals of the host member state? Is that correct

Non EEA dependent parents of EU citizen

Can dependent parents of EU citizen who is full time employed in host member state can claim benefit (non-contributory pension credit)?

Is there any restriction for dependent family members in claiming benefit? Or can it be an issue while applying for PR?

Hi, You don’t need to go back for a different stamp as previous immigration history does not matter for EEA route. Hi,

Can you move with non-eu family member to UK under SS route who was residing in EU country for over six month however application for article 10 card is stilll in progress ?

Is there a requirement to obtain Artical 10 card prior to moving back to UK after exercising treaty rights in EU country?

I think that once an application is ongoing there is nothing to worry about. INIS will continue to process applications of family members of UK citizens and I assume that applications already in the system won't be denied unless that for some weird reason UK citizens aren't eligible to live in the ...
