Oh just an update......I had my appointment yesterday using the forms and there were no issues & application was successful. Please do not use the online application form for the premium service appointment as I saw few people that printed it out and they told them they basically had not complet...

When I try applying online, it wants me to start a whole new application when I already have an appointment booked in another application.

Hi, I am applying for indefinite leave, premium service appointment is booked for 8th of November. Been waiting till the date is close by before printing the forms so as to get the latest version before my appointment. However I have been checking since yesterday and I can’t seem to find the Set (O)...
