HSMP dependant - won't be settled in UK

Just a quick question, will an HSMP dependant have a problem when applying for an extension or ILR if he's not 'settled' in the UK?

He hopes to be 'visiting' his wife here in the UK as often as possible due to the nature of his work.

Marco is quite right about this, had this same sort of questioning at JFK on the 24th July, my british passport was issued in Feb 2007.

Excellent site here, I wonder if someone could please advise me. My mum's just got her 6 months multiple visa for a family visit, first trip to the UK. My question is how long can she really visit for, within the 6 months validity of course? She indicated staying 3 months on the application, can she...
