Hi Mates, The approval I got is valid for six months from beg Nov till beg of May 08. Given the expected changes in 2008, will these changes affect my EC application or no. Application Form for Entry Clearance

Hi All,

I visited the UK Visa and Visa 4 UK Websites. There is a form for Overseas Domestic Workers (VAF-2) updated on 21 Nov 2007.

Please advice whether this is the right form to apply for HSMP EC.

Name difference evidence

I have difference of one letter in the spelling of my last name between Passport and birth Certificate. I was born in outside my nationality country.

Is a letter from my embassy here stating that both spellings are for same person is sufficient from HSMP application ?,

Earning Period 12 or 13 ?

As per the HSMP guidelines, they say a 12 month period out of the last 15 month period. I see people saying for ex from July 06 to July 07. But this is 13 mths period not 12. Should do it like this or use August 06 to July 07 ??

Please advise.

Thanks Sham,

I did not make an extention so I will send the notarised copy of student visa as Alternative evidence and the Police Certificate of Registration as an additional evidence.

I think the pb is not in the speaking test but rather in the date of the exam. In the HSMP guidelines, they say that IELTS test should not be more than 2 years old to be verifiable. Payslips Definition

Payslips are the the monthly document issued by the payroll of the employer and given to the employee. This doc contains the gross income and all deductions and the net income.

Please advise if i a right as a frd told me smthg different.

NARIC Centre

Just to bring your attention that the NARIC centre is located in Gloucestershire, exaclty where floods severly hit . I visited their website, they said that processing time will be sverely delayed :( .
