Submitted fee waiver application myself since August 2020, received my document back for keep and was told I will get a decision but its been almost 6mths now, nothing received. Please what is the work of a Post decision casework unit... because I have applied for flr fp.. I sent in my original documents but the post decision casework unit returned all my documents and booked me in for biometrics enrolment.

I posted the originals to the home office in Sheffield ... they acknowledge the original documents and they said I would have sent it through their email. Which is SSC-FHRU@HOMEOFFICE.GOV.UK. My original documents was returned back to me including my passport.
