For HSMP Apprival letter we dont need to sign the delivery as I have recieved the mail in the same fashion. It would be ok if you receive the mail in your current address and you friend sends it to your India address.

Did you get your entry clearance in Dublin? If so this used to be a different format to those issued outside of the CTA, to take into account the lack of immigration officers. Raiees, If there isn't anyone in Bristol, contact the Home Office and they should be able to tell you where to send it.
