I paid IHS in 2017 until 2020, now I have got ILR I should be getting refund for at least one year, how can I ask for the refund?

July 2019 and no I'm not married to anyone :( but my children are British :) You then need to wait 12 full months on ilr. Your children being British is irrelevant. You will also have to meet the good character requirement. Somebody said I can apply to naturalise as a British Citizen straight after...

Application (non-asylum) was made before 8 July 2012 but leave was granted in 2013...
after that, I applied (2-times) for FLR separate extensions and got 2x 3-Year (not 2.5 Year) extensions
still 6 Years? or 10 Years?
Please clarify.

How likely is it to get a new T4 student visa after spending nearly 7 years in the UK as a T4 dependent and working full time?
I'm trying to get two things out of it, a UK degree and 10 years of long residence.

Thanks for the reply but some solicitors said, as you are applying and coming into the UK on a different visa your clock will reset !!! is that true?
