Anyways, i think i got the idea. I can apply for my dependant visa along with the extension filing for my wife and we both would get the visa with the renewed validity.
That is where i have the confusion... when saying applying together, we should apply the extension and PBS dependant together? That would create the dependant visa with the new validity?

I am on Tier2 ICT visa. My wife is also on ICT Tier2 visa. If I switch to dependent visa (on my wife's visa) and take up employment with a new employer/sponsor, can the employer file for a Tier2 General for me? Would the 1 year cool-off period apply in this case?
