If baby was born in the UK to a british citizens/settled person , then baby is automatically a British citizen. A British citizen may apply for a British passport. if someone was on wp while the baby was born ...once they get ILR they need to register the baby as "British Citizen" using MN1

Thanks guys...yes i was on wp ...same employer...they didnt ask about other p60s...dont know why....what ever docs i gave...they just accepted and came back told me that they were going to issue ILR..... but i had others p60s in the file....
