i m british with children also british , wife she got partner and private and family life 2.5X2=5years completed can i apply for her ILR under set(M) or she have to wait until 10 years so another 5 years

I m British citizen but wife she have leave to remain 30 months X2 =60 months fishing on April 2019
she got according the rules D-LTRP 1.1 husband and children settled. so now do i have to show them financial requirement i mean £18600. please let me know. D-LTRP TO R-LTRP
