I just got my Tier 2 change of employment visa for the same sponsor. The cos start date is 19.11.2018, the visa was approved at 3 pm on 19.11.2018. Therefore what is my start working date? 20th November or still 19 th even though the decision wa made at 3 pm on 19th? Thanks!
