Please dont fabricate a letter or send one from your college. You are spoiling your chances as well as those from your university.

Every body gets an initial term of 2 years.
Once you receive your HSMP you should apply for FLR.
The approval letter is dated and valid for six months from the date it was issued - you should apply for the FLR before that.
It is advised to apply for FLR as soon as you get your approval

I am not sure if the demand draft issued by ICICI bank is the same as UK postal order. Please check on it. The medium of instruction throughout the course was English
