i got married to british girl in may 06, before i was in uk on student visa and valid till nov 06. i applied for flr(m) in oct 06 and got spouse visa for 2yrs expire on oct 08 i passed my life in uk test in april 08. my question is-- should i apply SET(M) now as it is more than 2 yrs of my marriage ...

you can apply for igs, if u have got master degree from university and igs will be soon 2 yrs.

i am on spouse visa, and it will be 2 yrs in 20 may

now i think i have to wait for 2 week for final result

cam i apply for ilr as soon i get my final result
