IKon the only way to see if you got visa is open the passport and see wether you have visa stamped or not. lol :D dont worry you got the visa dude. I hope you share us the good news soon

Things have slowed down in BHC chennai

I too Applied on 19 sept through VFS bangalore, called up VFS guys they said still the documents are with BHC and they have not yet taken any decission. Looks like BHC chennai have increased time period for giving HSMP visa.

Very difficult to get your status check.

ikon1400, Except waiting we dont have any other options, Its next to impossible to check your status of your application with BHC. Maxiumum you can do is send a SMS to 57333 or call up VFS and you already know that its of no use because except "forwarded to BHC" they dont have any other up...

I have used MBE service to pickup my documents from Home office, and they are reliable and fast in their service.

Even I too recived the e-mail from the same E-Mail ID "Mail Boxes Etc Sheffield <bigley01@btconnect.com>" this is an auto genarated so its fine.

I have seen very few people on this forum who got ref number mailed by HSMP Team and most of them called up/ E-Mailed Home Office and got their Ref no.

While communicating with HO you need to provide full name and DOB to get the ref no.
