Thanks for the above replies .. just received confirmation last week from HO via letter that my sponsors tier 2 A- rating status and licence has been retained ...We got the positive response after nearly 3 and half months .

Hi, Apologies if I am posting this out of line My sponsor had an audit at the end of October 2018. We haven't as yet received a reply. It is worrying as i have been told that if there is no reply for more than 6 weeks then the license will be suspended and revoked. I would be glad to get some advise...
