Re: Tier 2 dependent visa (mandatory document + other documents)

I'm earning 36k a year but I don't have saving for 90 days.

I already applied for them online and paid all fees, Can I join my payslips only to show them my salary or this saving document is mandatory.

Thank you

Re: Notice period

They have some related projects with my new employer..maybe!

So if I apply to the new Visa and get it after my notice period, so the period between the two employment will not affect my ILR application?

Thank you

Re: IHS Refund

Why do you believe you are due a refund if the application was successful?? Dear CR001 when you apply for a visa for less than 3 years, the system will charge you for three years even if your visa is for 01 year, and they will refund for you the reset of the period. this apply only for dependent no...

1. Yes. They have to do RLMT and comply with all the procedures.

2. Your new employer applies for Unrestricted COS as you are already in UK. Unrestricted COS does not have a monthly allocation Quota.
thank you so much

Re: Additional documents request

I am not at all clear about outcome of your call with homeoffice. Decision on your visa is independent of overpaid IHS charges. Did they mention that your application is rejected? What exactly they mentioned? Thank you so much for your reply, they said that my application was decided and you will h...

Hello

I called the Home office and they told me that my application was decided, but I didn't recive any IHS refund (partial or full) for my dependents as I paid for 3 years and my sponsorship is for 1 year.

I'm worried about the decision and this means refusal :( :(

Re: Additional documents request

Ask your friend to register on the forum and ask their own questions.
