can you apply for spouse visa with temp job?

If you have a temp job, say for 6 months, and then intend to get another temp job after 6 months, can you still apply for a spouse visa, and the visa not be refused because you dont have a permanent position? Thanks

Someone i know applied for a visit visa and was refused in july, and they have their appeal hearing in february. So you'll be waiting a long time.

What can we do to make the appeal hearing successful?

My husband's appeal hearing is 2 months away - can anyone give us tips on what we can do to ensure we win the appeal and he gets his visa? Any hints and advice would be great thanks. how long does it take for the ECO to review a refusal case?

My husbands settlement visa was refused, and we have appealed with the addition of supporting evidence....how long will it take for the appeal to be reviewed? My husband is in Islamabad...Has anyone found that their visa was issued within 2 months after the case being reviewed?

Pakistan - I know someone who's was done in a week, after providing the additional documents..... surely it would only go into 26 weeks if the ECO dismisses the appeal the second time?

No i provided bank statements and letter from my employer stating how much i was earning - and also land registry documents stating i had my own house - yet still they refused because apparantly i couldnt support him without recourse to public funds

How long does an appeal take if you just need to provide....

How long does an appeal take if you just need to provide a couple more documents? I read on the Asylum and Immigration tribunal homepage that it can take within a week after submitting the appeal. Is this correct?

It seems that they are refusing visa's for no reason. My husbands was refused because i had no wage slips, but i had a letter from my employer and bank statements. stupid entry clearence officer
