HSMP JR (ILR) possible with dual permanent residency ??

MY Case: I was approved for HSMP before Nov 2006 and came to UK on 16th March 2007. I extended by visa in March 2009 and now on Tier 1(general). It is obvious that I will come under JR policy when due to apply for Permanent residency in March 2012 ( no life in UK test & no scoring of points) I a...

I have no intention to create panic and I have read the guidance multiple times before making call to HO. It is very clear to me that HO staff are incompetent in providng any useful info and we can't rely on them

thanks for clarification again.
Apologies for mis-interpreting it again but as per new guidance posted today on SET(O) , the only applicats considered under JR who applied before april 2006.

So, Iam not sure if that would apply to my case.
Please see the guidance.

New Guidance (SET O) - No consideration to pre-nov HSMPians

I just ready new guidance of SET (O) released today but after having read that, they only mentioned that the applicants who applied for their first entry before april 2006 come under JR-HSMP and all the rest need to give 'Life in the UK test'. Now, this is not what was told before. I came here on ba...

So, Am i correct in saying based on revised proposal published today that applicants who applied for HSMP between april 2006 and 6th Nov 2006 and that they have not changed thier category from Tier1 to any other , 1. they dont have to score points to qualify for ILR 2. they just have to show they ha...

thanks a lot for answering.

the reason why i got confused is that they mentioned that applicants applied under HSMP should spent 4 years whereas I know that I have to spent 5 years. So, didnt know where I stand

I came in UK in march 2007 on HSMP but made my application before nov 2006 and came on basis of that. I got my last extension on mar 2009 under JR. I have got 2 questions:

1. Do i need to score points ?
2. Can i apply for ILR now after having completed 4 years or march next year in 2012?
