My bf from India is coming to UK in WHM Visa (working holiday maker).
I am a british national.
can we get married here in UK wihtin 2 or 3 months after his arrival?

do we need to get any permission from anybody before giving notice of marriage?

i wanted to know ... whether we can write to anybody for the faster processing of WHM.
coz 12 months too much !!!
my bf is still in India only. as the WHM may take longer time, we thought of going Visit visa, as there is no other go.
