Re: Naturalisation application - am I an overstayer?

I think you cease to be an overstayer in the UK immediately after you left the UK. I don’t see how a person may be in breach of the UK immigration laws while being outside the UK. You were legally in the UK on your return under the EEA family permit, provided your wife/partner had an initial or ext...

Re: British Citizenship Refused - based on Good Character

This good character requirement which actually is a Tory political tool & on this basis any application can be refused .There isn't any definition of good character requirement & most refusals come due to this. It is injustice & misuse of power. I think there is a rota system how many p...

Re: Naturalisation after ILR abased on domestic violence and overstay period

Re: 10 year from when

You can go to high court for Judicial Review if home office refuses your application for citizenship. Even high court's who have power but rarely apply it .They simply don't use their power & let the home office play it's game.

Re: Pre action protocol - two applicants

Hi all, Rather frustratingly, HO have refused my parents' application for a 6 months visa for a second time. The reasons noted are fairly trivial (and in at least two instances not consistent with the submitted information). I am considering submitting a PAP (and liaising with a lawyer on this as w...
