Hello, my application for a residency card has been accepted by the Home Office and I will be receiving my card 10 working days. My questions are; 1)What rights will I be given as a extended family member of an EEA national? 2)Can I travel without a passport with my residency card? Any help/ thought...

I have the same problem😩 I’ve done lots of reading, even a 73 page guidance document issued by the HO and I still don’t know which route to take- 1) Should I first apply for a EEA residency card to prove that I have the same rights as my partner, then apply to the pre-settled/ settled scheme? -Or- 2...
