We have already paid IHS charge for FLR M & granted the visa

We have varied our application from FLR FP to FLR M before they made the decision.we have received the application refund but no IHS refund.

NO she has not been registered as Indian in Indian Embassy,
I know she is stateless but you cannot leave the box blank, So put as British Citizen.

Can I make amendment after I submitted the form?
Or Covering letter to explain that?

Varied application from FLR FP to FLR M on 1/4/19
Fees deducted on 2/4/19
Refusal for FLR FP on 4/4/19
IHS fee refund for FLR FP on 5/4/19

Yes we have applied FLR M online & uploaded the covering letter for variation.

But they took decision after 3 days we have varied the application & refund her IHS fee
