How could be 100% sure if you dont have Naric Database. The only educated guess is that my awarding institution is among top three universtities in my home country and i have seen lot of people are getting approval even lower rated universities. Is this guess will work?

Is it possible that application send through courier and friend could pick up the result and send it back to us. I am not sure about friend could pick the results and original documents. may be authorization letter could be added along with application.
