It says on government website You must apply for your visa and give your fingerprints and a photo (‘biometric information’) within 28 days of getting your decision email or letter. And if that is one of the tax dodge schemes, you will have got yourself in trouble in HMRC FIS (Fraud Investigation) too.

Even those who have closed their LTD company, are getting letters form HMRC that state they are goiong to court to apple to have that company re-opened.

I believe that's what it is. I did think because it was the basic rate that I'd been shifted over to New Style ESA (contribution based) but the person who rang said it was income related ESA.
