Re: Switch to Skilled Worker visa from Student Dependet

That is what it says. Your spouse can only switch once they complete their course. Just to spell it out for clarity, this does not stop OP himself switching from Student dependant to Skilled worker whenever he wishes. It just means that OP's spouse needs to stay on their Student visa for now, and s...

Re: ILR REFUSED I NEES YOUR ADVICE

Hi,

I feel your pain but you seem to be the only one been active in this post as seniors seem to have nothing again to say....I will advise you seek counsel from a qualified professional - an immigration lawyer as you don't have plenty of time left.

I wish you and the kids luck in Jesus name. Amen

Re: Tier 1 entrepreneur dependent ILR

Hi Macnarth, Zimba and other seniors, Please I have two questions relating to the above scenario (or similar to it) 1. Assuming they are both applying at the same time, would they be required to provide any evidence of funds/incomes for the wife as she's applying for ILR the same time as he is? The ...

Re: Please help - T1E - One employee pre April 6, 2014 - how to count 24 months

Thanks T11417. I initially didn't consider it as my question was to find out if I could use just 1 employee that's started with my company since inception. And secondly to find out how to count the 24 months. However when you both opened my eyes to other things I haven't considered, it was then I be...

I meant July to October 2018 (not 2017). My mistake.

Please Aman, T11417, Zimba, CR001 and gurus what do you think?

Re: Please help - T1E - One employee pre April 6, 2014 - how to count 24 months

Thanks Aman and T11417 for these advices. It's really appreciated. I employed a British student briefly for 4 months on a full time basis between July - Oct 2017 and left for further study. He approached me this year for another 2 months placement but I objected to it as it's only going to be for tw...

Please help - T1E - One employee pre April 6, 2014 - how to count 24 months

Hi gurus, Please I need help urgently. I entered T1E route in December 2013. Employed two people for about 16 months then applied for an extension in November 2016. However, my extension was initially refused in March 2017. I then applied for AR within 14 days but HO maintained their decision to ref...
