If am not mistaken, only direct flights from India to the UK are cancelled. You may however travel via Dubai or Abu Dhabi (Emirates and Ethihad respectively)

Hello all,
My partner is on a Tier 2 visa from April 2019 (she switched from Tier 4 to Tier 2 with a UCoS). Would she need to undergo a RLMT if she happened to change her employer?

I don't think so, but they should be able make that out when they try to request additional UCoS via SMS system anyway. Yes.
