I am working as a doctor in NHS. I was due to start new job sponsored by health education England so applied for change of sponsor.

I have escalated multiple times but its a waste of time.They reply back with a generic email which says application is not yet complete.

I am waiting for more than 10 weeks now for change of employment priority application.I did my biometry on 10 Jan.

Both my old and current BRP are showing valid.

I have applied in priority service(new service) on 30 dec and completed biometry on 10jan for tier 2 general. still waiting for decision and BRP.

I was never informed that my application is complex and I was never informed to expect delay.Its going to be 10 weeks next week.

I did not receive any approval letter yet.

There is no way you can receive a meaningful update.I am trying in vain since 10 january after my priority service application and tried all means like calling the helpline, escalating through MP.Still no idea about how long to wait.

I applied tier 2 extension as priority service through new UKVCAS centre and completed biometry on 10january.still not received BRP despite multiple escalation and contacting through MP.i think it's taking more than 8weeks for many applications.we have to keep waiting.

Hi Raj, the case worker emailed me a form which I had to post to Home office address with credit card details.
Harris, I received the email few days back.It means application is under process.seems like a generic email reply.

I received an email from case worker that I have pay top up fee for my application as I paid for shortage occupation previously.at least someone seem to be working on my application.No idea how long it will take to get the BRP.completed 5 weeks from BRP after priority application.
