Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hi everyone. I have booked my biometrics appointment for 21st June, applying for ILR with my husband. My question is, I have a newborn baby (nearly 3 months old) who can't stay with anyone. Can I take him with me to the appointment? Yes should be okay. https://s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/soprasteria...

Submitted application one day earlier

My entry clearance validity is from 22.06.2016. Brp was valid from 17.06.2016. I counted 28 days before 22.06.2021 to apply for ILR. I wanted to apply on 25.05.2021 so I submitted my apply at 12.20 midnight yesterday. But I just found they work on GMT not on BST. Should I withdraw my application or ...

You can apply together. The online version of documents is fine. Any evidence can be used

Re: Applying citizenship for baby born in the UK

One more question please. Since he was born we didn't pay for NHS. Will we have to pay anything for this duration ( baby's birth and my ILR status then his citizenship application) ? NHS is free up to first 3 months after baby’s birth. You may have to pay for NHS fees after 3 months and until baby ...

Applying citizenship for baby born in the UK

I'll soon get my ILR and then I plan to apply citizenship for my baby born 2 months back. Will I need his Pakistani passport to make citizenship application? He's only two months old and we haven't traveled so didn't need a passport.

If you're applying for extension from within UK, you only need passport & BRP. I applied in February 2019 using new Visa service & got my new BRP in 6 weeks.
